Justice Department: Obama Not Violating 2nd Amendment

Attorney General Eric Holder of the Justice Department reaffirmed today that it is his department's opinion that President Obama is not violating the 2nd Amendment with his 23 executive actions that he took on Wednesday in regards to guns.
