Outrage over violent video game that targets NRA officials

Hannity Blames Left

In a segment on Tuesday night (Jan. 15) Sean Hannity, host of Hannity on Fox News, blamed "Left-Wing Violence" for a new and controversial video game. The game in question, "Bullet To The Head Of The NRA",  is an online video game with the objective for players to shoot NRA President David Keene and NRA Vice President Wayne LaPierre.

The Facts

The game's creator identifies himself only as "gizmo01942." He has posted a statement that reads: "Dear 'news' outlets (you know who you are), please stop labeling this as 'liberal violence.' This is not a partisan issue. Trying to use this to push an anti-liberal agenda takes away from the real goal which is to piss off everyone equally."

The user, who can be found on "Encyclopedia Dramatica Forums", has been a member since July of 2012 and has posted a total of 122 postings since he joined. He appears to be a game creator of some sorts, having created other controversial games before and after "Bullet To The Head..." such as "Sandy Hook Shooting Spree FPS" among others. There is no evidence to date to suggest that "gizmo01942" is of liberal or conservative background.
